What follows is a table of (approximately*) how much our home inspections cost, factoring in the square footage of your home and what kind of report you wish us to draw up for you. All payments are due at or before the time of inspection and must be made through cash, or personal check. *Although in most cases the above prices are applicable, some instances may arise in which the inspector may deem it necessary to quote a different price, in which case the price will be agreed upon by both parties at the time of the inspection through our client contract.
